This Privacy Policy has been adopted by each of BIP Ventures Evergreen BDC (the “Company”) and BIP Capital, LLC (the “Adviser,” and together with the Company, “BIP Ventures”, “our”, “us”, or “we”). • Information provided on applications and related forms, such as name, address, telephone number, Social Security or Tax Identification number, birth date, and financial information such as bank accounts.

This information is used only so that we can service your account, send you annual reports and other information about BIP Ventures, and send you proxy statements or other information required by law.

We do not disclose any nonpublic information about you without your express consent, except as permitted by law and as needed to provide the services you have requested. We do not share customer information with any non-affiliated third party except as described below.

• Authorized Employees of the Adviser. It is our policy that only authorized employees of the Adviser who need to know your personal information will have access to it.
• Service Providers. We may disclose your personal information to companies that provide services on our behalf, such as record keeping, processing your trades and mailing information to you. We may also disclose your personal information to financial services companies that provide services or support to your accounts where you have authorized us to do so. These companies are required to protect your information and use it solely for the purpose for which they received it.
